Refund Policy

The short version

These are instant digital files. Once a pack has been successfully unlocked and downloaded, the sale is final and no refund is due — please read the pack details and try the free library first.

When you DO get a full refund

• Your payment is verified by us, but a technical problem on our side makes the download impossible and we cannot fix it within 48 hours.
• You were charged twice for the same pack (duplicate payment with two TIDs) — the duplicate is refunded.
• You paid for a pack and your payment cannot be verified because of an error in our system.

How to request a refund

Email us at the address below with your TID, the mobile number you paid from, and the pack name. Approved refunds are returned to the same JazzCash/Easypaisa number within 3 working days.

FlowMint

The FlowMint Chrome extension is a separate product sold through the Chrome Web Store link on this site; its 7-day money-back guarantee is described on its own listing.
